FlowTask
FlowTask auto-schedules your Notion tasks around your Google Calendar. Connect Notion and Google Calendar and have your tasks booked into real focused work time.
What FlowTask does
- Syncs your Notion task database — status, priority, due date, time estimates.
- Reads your Google Calendar events so the scheduler avoids conflicts.
- Auto-schedules unscheduled tasks into free slots inside your working hours.
- Creates Google Calendar events for scheduled tasks (optional), so your team sees what you're working on.
Google user data
FlowTask requests read-only access to your Google Calendar (calendar.readonly)
so the scheduler can see your existing events. Tokens are stored server-side in a
Supabase database protected by row-level security. We do not sell or share your
data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
